Consent and age
Every person shown must be an adult, and you must have permission to upload and edit their likeness. Do not use images of children, sexual or intimate images, or material obtained without consent.
Prohibited uses
Do not create deceptive impersonation, harassment, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, hate, threats, fraud or other illegal material. Do not use public figures’ likenesses to imply endorsement. Do not evade provider review, account restrictions or access controls.
Review and enforcement
Provider checks may reject a photo or generation. We can restrict or terminate accounts after reviewing misuse. Results must not be presented as real footage of an event that did not happen. A consent checkbox does not replace obtaining actual permission.
Report a problem
Report rights or content concerns to support@flamingofloatai.video with the relevant URL or task ID and an explanation. Do not attach prohibited or intimate images. Contact support if you believe an account restriction is mistaken.
