This page explains how account information, photos, video tasks and payments are handled.

Information used
We process account details such as name and email, authentication records, uploaded photos, task settings, credit ledger entries and order references. Google sign-in, when enabled, supplies basic account identity. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers; payment details are handled by Dodo Payments.
Browser drafts and generation processing
A selected photo draft is stored in this browser using IndexedDB and is not uploaded by selecting or previewing it. Starting generation uploads the photo to private storage. APIMart and its model providers may review identity assets and process the reference and photo to create the result. Their systems apply their own retention and review rules; local deletion does not prove removal from every provider system.
Storage and deletion
Uploaded photos are assigned a 24-hour expiry and generated videos a 30-day expiry. Access checks and cleanup code enforce expiry when the service is running; production scheduled cleanup must be configured before uploads are enabled. Download results promptly. My videos supports deletion of stored results. Contact support for account or other personal-data requests.
Account, payment and abuse records may be retained as needed for security, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. Browser drafts remain on your own device until removed or expired by the draft reader; clear site storage to remove them locally.
Cookies, analytics and providers
Essential cookies support secure sessions and request recovery. Cloudflare provides hosting and storage. Email delivery and Google login operate only when configured. Analytics integrations are supported in the code, but no analytics identifiers are enabled in this local preview. Production analytics and any consent requirements must be documented before activation.
Your requests
Contact support@flamingofloatai.video for access, correction or deletion requests. Include the account email or relevant task ID, not passwords, sign-in codes or sensitive images. This service is for adults and does not knowingly accept children’s photos.
